Depuis quelques mois, nous sommes confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la discrimination et du racisme syst\u00e9mique dont sont victimes les personnes autochtones, noires et de couleur (PANDC). L\u2019Ordre en reconna\u00eet l\u2019existence, et a publi\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/cdto.ca\/college-statement-on-systemic-racism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u00e9claration sur le racisme syst\u00e9mique,<\/a> en guise de premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape.
