_module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour \u00eatre admissible \u00e0 l\u2019inscription dans le cadre de la mobilit\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, un demandeur doit \u00eatre inscrit en r\u00e8gle et d\u00e9tenir un <\/span>certificat d\u2019inscription actuel, actif <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et \u00e9quivalent<\/span> dans une autre province ou territoire canadien au moment o\u00f9 il demande un certificat<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019inscription aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019OTDC.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En vertu de l\u2019article 22.18 du Code de proc\u00e9dure des professions de la sant\u00e9 (Code), lorsqu\u2019un demandeur d\u00e9tient un certificat de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de <\/span>la province : <i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Cet article s\u2019applique si une personne qui pr\u00e9sente une demande d\u2019inscription \u00e0 l\u2019Ordre d\u00e9tient d\u00e9j\u00e0 un certificat de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la province qui est \u00e9quivalent au certificat d\u2019inscription demand\u00e9. \u00bb<\/span>\n<p><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En vertu de l\u2019article 8 du R\u00e8glement d\u2019inscription 874\/93 du Coll\u00e8ge, lorsque l\u2019article 22.18 du Code s\u2019applique \u00e0 un demandeur, il est obligatoire d\u2019inscrire une obligation d\u2019inscription non exempt\u00e9e que le demandeur  <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab fournir un ou plusieurs certificats, lettres ou autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments de preuve satisfaisants au registraire ou \u00e0 un comit\u00e9 du Comit\u00e9 d\u2019inscription confirmant que le demandeur est en r\u00e8gle en tant que technologue dentaire dans chaque province o\u00f9 il d\u00e9tient un certificat de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la province. \u00bb  <\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assurez-vous que votre permis \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la province demeure actif tout au long du processus de demande. Si elle expire, est suspendue ou devient inactive, votre demande ne peut pas \u00eatre trait\u00e9e en vertu des dispositions relatives \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>RAPPELS:  <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au moment o\u00f9 vous faites une demande d\u2019inscription aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019OTDC, vous devrez remplir la section 1 du <a href=\"https:\/\/cdto.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/CDTO-RegistrationAppln_AIT-June2021Revised.pdf\">formulaire d\u2019autorisation<\/a> et la section 2 doit \u00eatre remplie par le DTR dans lequel vous \u00eates inscrit en tant que RDT, DT ou TPAD.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrit dans plus d\u2019une province, le <a href=\"https:\/\/cdto.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/CDTO-RegistrationAppln_AIT-June2021Revised.pdf\">formulaire d\u2019autorisation <\/a> <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">doit<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00eatre rempli par chaque DTR applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous \u00eates responsable du paiement de tous les frais applicables directement au DTR.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cdto.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/CDTO-RegistrationAppln_AIT-June2021Revised.pdf\">Les formulaires d\u2019autorisation<\/a> remplis par le DTR et envoy\u00e9s directement au CDTO sont valides pour une p\u00e9riode de trois (3) mois \u00e0 compter de la date de d\u00e9livrance.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_4&Prime;
