The College of Dental Technologists of Ontario has partnered with the Health Profession Regulators of Ontario’s (HPRO) Anti-BIPOC Racism Working Group to explore issues related to equity and anti-racism in Ontario’s health professions regulatory sector.
We need your input to explore how equity and anti-racism may influence the work of health profession regulators in Ontario. For your reference, equity refers to addressing disproportionality between and across different groups whereas anti-racism refers to an active process of identifying and addressing racial prejudice and discrimination.
