Discipline Hearing Schedule
Discipline hearings are public except under special circumstances prescribed in the RHPA, such as when the safety of a person may be jeopardized. If you plan to attend a hearing, please contact the College at 416-438-5003. Below is a list of Registrants currently referred to Discipline. See the Notice of Hearing for a summary of allegations against the Registrant.
Discipline Decisions
In accordance with section 56(1) of the Health Professions Procedural Code, Schedule 2 of the RHPA, the College has the requirement to publish the Discipline panel’s decision and its reasons. The College publishes these under the Registrant’s Public Register, in its Annual Report, and below:
