The Ontario Government announced that Windsor-Essex and York Region moved into lockdown which is the grey zone shown in the province’s COVID-19 framework as of December 14.
The lockdown of seven regions does not directly impact the delivery of healthcare services by a Registered Dental Technologist (RDT). A full list of proposed measures for lockdown can be viewed here.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates on any new provincial measures and directives impacting RDTs as they become available.
