Accountability Reports
Accountability Reports
Accountability is a core part of the College’s responsibility to protect the public. The College is accountable to government and independent oversight bodies and is committed to transparency in its performance, decision‑making, and processes. By publicly reporting on its performance, the College enables system partners to hold it accountable for its public interest mandate.
Annual Report
Each College reports annually to the Minister of Health on its activities and financial affairs, including an audited financial statement. Our report covers the September–August fiscal year and is posted on the website by the end of the following February.

College Performance Measurement Framework (CPMF)
CPMF is a Ministry of Health initiative that assesses how well regulatory health colleges in Ontario carry out their mandate to act in the public interest. The framework strengthens accountability and oversight and supports continuous improvement.
CPMF reports on calendar year performance and is published to the website by March 31. The CPMF tool is on hold for 2025, and no report will be published.
Health Professions Database Report
Each year during registration renewal, the College collects health human resource data, such as demographic and practice‑related information, to support planning and statistical analysis. This information is used by the Ministry of Health for health human resource planning.

Fair Registration Practices Report
The Office of the Fairness Commissioner is an independent agency of the Government of Ontario that oversees registration practices to ensure they are transparent, objective, impartial, and fair. Regulated bodies are required to review their registration practices, submit reports, and address recommendations for improvement. OFC reports are based on calendar year information and are posted on the website by the end of February.
Other Reports and Submissions
From time to time, the College may be asked by the Ministry of Health or other oversight bodies to provide input on consultations, such as those related to governance or regulatory modernization. Any consultation submissions or responses are posted on the website for transparency and public awareness.
